What do I need to do if my carbureted bike has been sitting for an extended period of time?
After as little as 3 months of fuel sitting in your carburetor all of the jets and passage ways start to get plugged up not letting the fuel to flow properly. The rubber parts such as o-rings, accelerator pump diaphragm and even the vacuum slide can get dried out and can no longer be pliable inhibiting proper working functions. With many years of experience rebuilding CV, S&S Super E&G and Mikuni carburetors we will get your carburetor back in excellent running condition.
